The 5K is the only event for teams. While registering online, look for the Team Section to create or join a team. All schools in the Newton County School System are listed.
Come to the Expo (Legion Field, 3173 Mill Street NE, Covington, GA 30014) the Friday before the race from 8:00am to 6:00pm, or pick up your packet on race day from 6:00-8:15am.
The timing tag is embedded in your number. Do not remove the timing tag. Do not fold the tag attached to your bib. Please look to make sure your bib has your name.
Absolutely. However, for reasons of safety, those with babies are placed at the rear of the race. You assume the responsibility for bringing a stroller or jogger.
No. Walkers are encouraged to choose either the one-mile fun run or the 5K, but not both.
Yes. Registration is available on race day until 7:45am.
The restrooms are inside Legion Field.
You may park on city streets that are not on the race route. You may also park near Homer Sharp Stadium.
Yes. Look for handicap parking signs just off Mill Street.
Pets are not allowed along the race route.
Yes. Please be sure to have the full name and address or the confirmation email address of the entrant.
While there are no refunds, you may transfer your bib at the Friday Expo ONLY.
